HBO-Monitor 2024

All data for the HBO-Monitor survey 2024 have been collected. We would like to thank all the graduates who participated in this survey this year. Thanks to them, the experiences of recent hbo graduates can be analysed in detail for 2024. The results of this survey will be published on this page on Wednesday, May 9, 2025.

Field work 2024-2025 completed

The fieldwork has now been completed. Many thanks to all the participants! This means that we have received all the responses for this year, and alumni can no longer fill out the questionnaire. The next steps are coding and cleaning the new data and preparing it to gain new insights.

HBO graduates with a migration background take longer to find work but earn more on average

HBO (universities of applied sciences) graduates with a migration background face greater challenges in finding internships or their first job compared to their peers without a migration background. However, once employed, they earn a higher average gross hourly wage. Read more about the new HBO-Monitor study.
