Results HBO-Monitor 2024

The results are available! Last October-January, almost 24.000 graduates (41%) from 25 universities of applied sciences reported via the HBO-Monitor how they look back on their education, in which positions they have ended up and what skills they possess. Are you interested in the results?

HBO graduates with a migration background take longer to find work but earn more on average

HBO (universities of applied sciences) graduates with a migration background face greater challenges in finding internships or their first job compared to their peers without a migration background. However, once employed, they earn a higher average gross hourly wage. Read more about the new HBO-Monitor study.
